For the first time ever I have earned 4 digits in Google Adsense. WooHOO! This is a huge milestone as any web entrepreneur can tell you. Next up the $xx,xxx! I’ll post my earnings report tomorrow night. Should be my biggest month ever from what I’m seeing. =D

Well its been a busy 2 weeks. It was my birthday this past weekend, had some fun My 2 roomates and I also decided to throw a housewarming party since we moved in 2 1/2 months ago, any longer than that it wouldn’t really be a housewarming. The party was fantastic, I just installed surround sound a few days before, so the music was pumping. I’d post some pictures, but most of them are of me really drunk, so I’ve decided against it.

In online news, Bluesfear has reached page 3 for the keyword “Art”. Very happy with that. Hopefully soon I will make it to page 1. On the downside, my Halo site got bumped from #2 to page 3. Not sure if its just a temporary glitch or I’ve been permanently bumped back, but traffic has been cut by 60% as well as earning. Still showing up strong in Yahoo and MSN, though.

My secret project site is still in the works. I’ve so far spend a LOT of money on it and its approaching the final stages now. I’m hoping to have it ready for launch by Dec or late November, but we’ll see. Theres still a lot of features not done yet and a ton of bugs. Anyway thats it for now, my next post will probably be my October review.

I don’t know about any of you guys, but I’m DYING for the Wii and Playstation 3 to launch. Not only because I really want a Wii, but because I really want to see how my 2 cheat sites do. Playstation3cheat.net moved onto page 1 of Google yesterday for my keyword, so now both sites are page 1. Wiicheats.com being #1 for Wii Cheats

In other news, my new Web Hosting list site www.webhostingservers.com is doing ok. Getting about 25 uniques/day in the first 5 days, which isn’t bad considering its only linked from about 4 small websites. I just completed the site today, so tomorrow I’m going to start my link building campaing, starting with my websites first.

That reminds me, if your running multiple websites make sure you get unique IPs for each domain, it really helps with link exchanges between your sites. They cost more, but its worth it.

Im giving it a go at affiliate programs. Basically till now I have made all my money from advertisements, but since so many people talk about how affiliate programs are better, I’ve decided to give it a shot.

The site is http://www.webhostingservers.org, as you can see its a basic Top 10 Hosting list. I’ve used some of those hosts, but for the most part I just selected the hosts that have the highest paying signups. I used Commision Junction for this site, but still decided to put some Yahoo ads on because I’m not sure how well the affiliate ads will do. The site is also not done, I only have 2 out of the 5 pages finished. The site is a template I got from some free template site since I didn’t feel like making a layout myself, I just wanted to get the site up asap. I did SEO the site and linked it from about half of my other sites. I didn’t want to link from all sites at once since Google might flag that and sandbox the site. So I’ll probably wait a week then link it from the rest of my sites. I’ll probably also do some lite advertising for the site as well. If things go well I just might start making other affiliate sites.

Man! when will this update finish, its been 10 days now and the update’s still not finished.  I know some people say it takes awhile, but for me it has never taken more then 2 days for my PR to stabilize, so 10 days feels like forever.  Common Google, the wait is killling me!

I had some time this weekend so I decided to update my Wii Cheats website.  The site was originally a premade template/script I bought, but after a few graphic changes its lookin pretty nice imo.  Now comes the wait until Nov 12th for Nintentdo to release the console.  Currently the site is #1 on Google and already gets about 50 uniques/day.  This has the potential of becoming my largest traffic website if the console does as well as I think it will and I stay #1 on Google.  I’ve already started my link building campaign for the domain and will continue to build backlinks to the site in a nice steady fashion so that I can maintain my #1 spot.  I can’t wait for next month!

Another great month. Traffic increase across the board, I didn’t include the traffic from Digg.com that I received since that would have skewed the results. If I did, it would have been another 35,000 uniques. Earnings only increased by 1.47%, the $100 was the prize at Bluesfear for the Graphics competition we have each month, otherwise it would have been an 6.47% increase in earnings.

With 3 months left until the end of the year, that means I need to average at lease $2084/month to reach my goal of $20,000. Which I will make if earnings increase by at lease 7% each month. Its going to be close, with the recent PR update and the fact that I have my Wii Cheats and Platation 3 Cheats sites ready to go once the consoles are launched I think I can definitely increase profits in the remaining months. But 7% is a decent amount to increase 3 months in a row, it’s definitely going to be close.
